We’re not a Brisbane builder who sometimes drives out to the Redlands. We’re based here, our office is on Shore Street in Cleveland, and most of our team lives locally.
That matters more than people think. We know the Redland City Council approval process inside and out. We know which blocks have fill requirements, which streets have covenant restrictions, and where the flood overlays sit. When a surveyor needs to visit or an inspector has a question, we’re ten minutes away, not stuck in traffic on the M1.
