Most custom builds take between 8 and 14 months depending on the size and complexity. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.

We keep communication open throughout the build and accommodate changes wherever possible, depending on the stage of construction. 

Yes. We manage the full DA and building approval process with Redland City Council, including any overlays or special conditions on your block.

It depends on zoning and lot size. We can do a quick feasibility check on your property to see what’s possible before you spend money on plans.
