The brief was to demolish an existing home and prepare the site to construct a Hamptons-style residence with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The design was to include a large void, high ceilings, a media room, and generous outdoor living with a swimming pool. The aim was to create a timeless, family-friendly home with classic finishes and a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
