The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to build a two-storey, 415 square metre coastal-style home. The design needed to include four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with large voids positioned over the stairs and meals area to create visual impact and bring in natural light. Skylights were used throughout to enhance brightness, particularly over the dining area. The ground floor was to have 3 metre high ceilings, with 2.7 metre ceilings upstairs to maintain a spacious feel. Additional spaces included a media room, walk-in pantry, and a full outdoor living area complete with kitchen and swimming pool.
