The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a 350 square metre two-storey Hamptons-style home. The layout was to include four bedrooms, with three located on the ground floor and one on the upper level, complete with its own ensuite and rumpus room. A large void over the kitchen was a key design feature, intended to bring in light and create a sense of space. Two bathrooms were to be included on the ground floor, with the overall design focused on combining openness with functional family living.
