We begin with a detailed, confidential consultation — focused entirely on you. Your brief, your lifestyle, your priorities. Whether you’re building on a vacant block or replacing an existing structure, we listen deeply before advising.
Design Alignment
We engage a collaborative team of designers and architects tailored to your brief. This is where spatial flow, material palettes, and building orientation are explored and resolved — with your vision as the anchor.
Planning & Documentation
We navigate all technicalities — from council approvals to engineering drawings. Your design is refined to a construction-ready set, with all compliance and structural planning locked in.
Construction Commencement
Your project is transitioned to site with zero ambiguity. A dedicated Iconic site supervisor coordinates every trade and material delivery. You receive frequent progress updates and milestone walkthroughs.
Detailing & Finishes
As structure nears completion, we finalise internal detailing and install all fixtures and finishes. Every surface is reviewed for quality. No rushed installs. No unchecked handovers. Nothing is assumed.
Handover & Beyond
Your home is delivered immaculately clean, complete, and ready for you to inhabit. You receive a full documentation pack, warranty portfolio, and maintenance schedule. After move-in, we remain on call for any refinements.
