The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a five-bedroom home with a study and four bathrooms, including a guest suite with its own ensuite. The house was to be architecturally designed with standout features such as a raised entry that steps down into the main living areas, custom niches with backlighting, and a feature entry display with integrated lighting. A key part of the brief was the need for side access and a triple garage large enough to accommodate cars and marine craft. The outdoor living space was to feel like a resort, complete with a pool and fully equipped entertaining area.
