The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a 330 square metre two-storey coastal home. The house was to include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a study. The design focused on creating a spacious, light-filled interior with 2.7 metre ceilings, full-height tiled bathrooms, and a large void over the stairs and children’s play area. An outdoor entertaining space with a swimming pool and a grassed yard for children was an important part of the brief.
