The Brief
The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a 405 square metre two-storey coastal home. The layout was to include four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with two bedrooms featuring ensuites and full-height tiled feature walls. Key design elements included a large void over the stairs and meals area, skylights positioned to bring in natural light over the dining space, and 2.7 metre ceilings throughout to enhance the overall sense of openness.
A dedicated pool room, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool were also essential parts of the brief.
