The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a four-bedroom, three-bathroom Hamptons-style home. The brief included a large entry void, high ceilings throughout to enhance the sense of space, a dedicated media room, and a strong focus on indoor-outdoor living. The layout needed to support family life with open living areas, a swimming pool, and classic Hamptons finishes carried consistently through the home.

500 square metre block with a gentle slope
Site was cut and filled to create a level platform for construction
A block-rendered retaining wall was built above the pool to manage the height difference
Build complexity due to the block size was resolved through detailed build planning and methodology
