The client engaged Iconic Homes & Construction to design and build a 650 square metre home that would take full advantage of its waterfront location. The brief called for six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, theatre room, study, and expansive indoor-outdoor living. Central to the design was an infinity-edge pool, a sunken deck, and multiple outdoor zones for entertaining. Natural light and water views were a key part of the brief, achieved through the use of bi-fold doors and windows across the living areas to frame the canal outlook.
